Meet The Team
Francesca Nicolas
My name is Francesca Nicolas, and I am the Founder of J’adore Beauty and Aesthetics. J’adore Beauty was established in 2020 right in the midst of our pandemic. I have an extensive background in business within the medical industry as well as the beauty industry. I have A Bachelor’s Degree in Fine arts Fashion Design. With a background as a professional makeup artist and a licensed Esthetician. One thing I knew for sure was that the beauty industry is for me. It has always given me joy to see people feel good about themselves, whether in a new outfit getting their makeup done or getting a cosmetic producer. Beauty Starts within you is our slogan because it does. Jadore was established to do just that. Our focus is to educate our customers to get the ultimate results.
As an African American female growing up it was always difficult for me to find a place that carried the right products or procedures for me. In my teens I struggled with acne and after I had my 1st child it quickly got worse. I began to lose confidence in myself, so I learned how to become a makeup artist. Makeup made me feel better about myself for moments but then I had to take it off. My skin I thought was so bad I would only like going out at night so that way people didn’t really see what I saw. Which was terrible acne. I went to dermatologist after dermatologist and even a few different med spas. Instead of getting better I began to really lose hope. I felt discouraged and the products that they gave me did not help my skin at all. It made my skin look grey removing the pigment from my skin. Which gave me Hyperpigmentation and the acne continued.
I later met the right provider that got me on tract and really understood African American skin. I started to gain my confidence back mental and physically. Fast forward a few years later J’adore beauty was established. I wanted to create a safe place where we catered to everyone’s needs. Our product procedures do just that. I made it my top priority to carry the right skin care products, Laser treatments and procedures that are great for all skin types. Here at J’adore Beauty we take time to understand your goals and set realistic expectations with customers. We love what we do and it’s our top priority to educate all our customers into finding the best treatment plan that is tailored to their needs.

Jean F Rodney is a talented physician who is certified in Geriatric Medicine, Clinical Analytics and Internal Medicine. Having a flawless hold of English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole makes him easily available for his clients from different geographical locations! Being a Qualified Utilization manager, Jean F Rodney is focused on leveraging quality care delivery to his clients at the time of treatments. From admitting patients to assisting in procedures, Jean is the right hand person at J’adore!
At J’adore, Jean’s presence makes it easier for clients and doctors alike to access to educated and updated services and staff. He ensures to educate the staff about the latest techniques within the medical spa, and also makes sure that the clients at J’adore can benefit from them!
